Yesterday Mrs Kaur and her associates worked on my teeth for over an hour. In the past I had healthy teeth but some family drama happened and I stopped taking care of teeth due to insurance issues. I am grateful for this clinic they are local accept healthy smiles and are upfront about costs and treatment plans. She did a wonderful job with my fillings and cleaning. Thank you again to Destiny Dental and Mrs Kaur for being so professional 🙏🌹

My experience today at Destiny Dental went pleasantly well! From the receptionists, to dental hygentist the Dentist, who was kind and explained my situation throughly and was honest about my options. Even her dental assistant was helpful not only to the dentist, but to me in further assisting me afterwards. They were all professional and yet made me feel comfortable!

Very disappointed with my experience at Destiny Dental. I arrived early for my appointment and even completed all of my paperwork ahead of time to help ensure everything would run smoothly. Despite that, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour without any communication or updates. After waiting more than an hour, I finally had to ask what was causing the delay. No one had informed me that they were running behind or provided any estimate of when I would be seen. I understand that delays can happen, but keeping patients informed is basic customer service and shows respect for their time. If you're expecting patients to arrive early and complete paperwork in advance, their time should be valued as well. The lack of communication and excessive wait time made for a very frustrating experience. Apparently applying for a rental home was more important.

The staff are friendly and respectful the dentist explained clearly what she was going to do and also explained what she was going to do on my next appt and how long the process was going to take. I wouldn't go to any other place.

I work in Texas but live in Michigan. I had an emergency root canal done while I was in Texas and had 2 weeks to get a crown. When I got back to Michigan I went to the dental office near my home and they quoted me $2,400 for the crown. I do not have insurance and that was just out of my reach. I was freaking out because my temporary crown from the endodontist was not going to last much longer. So I reached out on Facebook to see if there was any place that helped cash patients and Kelsey Zonts reached out to tell me about Destiny Dental in Lansing. She said she was confident they could get me a new crown quickly and $1,000 or less. The new patient cost was only $80.00! My other dentist charged me $240 for new patient appointment. Dr. Joo was amazing! Not only did he make me feel comfortable but made me feel confident in him as my dentist. They even rushed my new crown quickly because I am leaving to Texas for work. They were able to get everything done before my trip to Texas and the cost was less than $900!!!!! I am sooooooo grateful for the team at Destiny dental and I am happy to drive an hour to see them! I highly recommend especially if you are a cash patient. Thank you Destin
